From our co-ops, scattered across valleys and mountains, comes a remarkable collection of organic, mostly wild herb and floral honeys. From Aloe Vera, Carob, Daghmous (Euphorbia), Eucalyptus, Jujube, Lavender, Orange Blossom, Oregano, Royal, Sahara, Rosemary, , and Mountain honey, each variety carries its own unique color, aroma, and taste. The collection ranges from deep, caramel-like notes to delicate floral sweetness, with rare and bold varieties that reflect the richness of Morocco’s natural landscape.

Euphorbia honey is a distinctive and prized honey, known for its rich taste, deep amber color, and strong character. Harvested from the nectar of wild euphorbia flowers, it is especially valued for its authenticity, its traditional place in local wellness practices, and the unique intensity that sets it apart from more delicate honeys.

Grown in Taddart, Guercif, this saffron is shaped by rich soil and marked temperature variations that help concentrate its aroma, color, and intensity. Carefully harvested and dried, it offers a refined presence in both sweet and savory dishes.
