Get Your Cooperative Market-Ready

Cooperative onboarding · Guercif.com

Members of the Ary Tadoufte weaving cooperative at Taddart, Guercif province

Guercif.com is preparing to onboard cooperatives and rural producers.

You do not need a perfect catalogue before contacting us. But the better prepared your information is, the faster we can help you get market-ready.

Four simple steps to get ready

Know. Supply. Present. Prove.

01
KNOW
02
SUPPLY
03
PRESENT
04
PROVE
1KNOW — what exactly you sellProduct name, who makes it, where it comes from, what is in it, what sizes.
  • Product name
  • Cooperative or producer name
  • Place of origin
  • A short description in your own words
  • Every ingredient. For food products, a complete and accurate list. Nothing vague, nothing left out.
  • Your formats — 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 250 ml, 500 ml — and the packaging each comes in
2SUPPLY — what you can actually deliverBe realistic. It is better to promise less and deliver it.
  • How much you have available now
  • What you expect to produce
  • When it is available during the year
  • How quickly you can restock

We will also talk about pricing — current price, retail, wholesale where it applies. Bring what you know; we will work it out together. You do not need final numbers to start the conversation.

3PRESENT — how it looks and what it saysPackaging, labels, and the story behind the product.

Packaging and labels should be clean, legible, accurate and appropriate for the product.

You do not need to redesign anything before contacting us. If your packaging needs work, that is one of the things we can help with.

Your story. Every good terroir product has one. You do not need to write it — just know the facts:

  • Where is it made?
  • Who makes it?
  • What makes the product different?
  • What is distinctive about the place, the ingredients or the method?

Tell us in your own words, in whichever language you prefer. We turn it into product content.

4PROVE — the paperwork, where it appliesDocuments depend on what you sell. You do not need all of these to start.
  • Cooperative registration documents
  • Product certifications
  • ONSSA documentation
  • Laboratory analyses
  • Organic or quality certification
  • Existing labels or authorizations

Requirements differ by product category. If you are not sure what applies to you, ask us — that is part of what onboarding is for.

You make the product. We help make it market-ready.
