Our Story

Other Dimension — Alboâd Al Akhar — is a cooperative from the Taddart area of Guercif Province, founded in 2018 around a conviction stated in its own words: think globally, act locally — smart stewardship of the land in the fight against hunger.

Rather than specializing in a single crop, the cooperative works the land as a whole. Its members produce Super Negin saffron — the highest grade, its deep-red stigmas separated entirely by hand — alongside edible oils and raw honey.

The cooperative counts 24 members, including 12 women and 12 young people, and directly supports 6 farming families. Led by its president, Mohamed Ayoub, it carries the region beyond its borders, including to the international agriculture fair in Meknès.

What they make: Super Negin saffron, olive and edible oils, and raw honey.
